Usages for different shapes of rotary burrs

Rotary burrs is mainly used to remove burrs on workpiece surface and improve product finish. Tungsten carbide rotary file has high hardness, high wear resistance, high efficiency and service life. 

So where are the rotary burrs of different shapes mainly used? Let's see below:

Type A Cylindrical rotary burrs is suitable for machining surface profile.  

Type B Cylindrical with end cut rotary burrs is suitable for machining surface profile and two right-angle surface.  

Type C Cylindrical with radius end rotary burrs is suitable for machining surface profile and arc profile.  

Type D Ball shape rotary burrs is suitable for arc contour machining, caliber deburring and port pre-machining before welding.  

Type E Oval shape rotary burrs is suitable for machining arc contour.  

Type F Tree shape with pointed end burrs rotary burrs is suitable for machining narrow arc profile.  

Type G Tree shape with radius end carbide burrs is suitable for processing narrow arc contour and acute Angle contour  

Type H Flame shape carbide burs is suitable for machining arc profile.  

Type J  60° Cone-shaped rotary burrs  is suitable for processing 60° countersink holes and chamfering.  

Type K 90 ° cone shape rotary burrs is suitable for processing 90 ° countersink holes and chamfering.  

Type L Taper with radius end rotary burrs is suitable for deburring narrow contour and surface contour.  

Type M Taper with pointed end rotary burrs is suitable for processing narrow contour and surface contour, such as impeller blade deburring.

Type N Inverted cone burrs rotary burrs is suitable for inner chamfering and dovetail inner deburring chamfering.
