Tungsten carbide rotary burr is an effective way to realize merchanization in hand work operations, in the industries of airplane,ship building,automobile, machinery , chemistry, dental, etc. Cemented carbide burrs are stocked in a full range of shapes. They are ideal for shaping and de-burring small areas of metal and can also be used on wood.

We stock a broad range of tungsten carbide burrs in the many shapes shown below. Most have 6mm dia spindles for use on die-grinders or drills, but a 3mm spindle options is available in most shapes. You can also chose a handy kit with a selection of carbide burrs for either hard metal or non-ferrous metals.

Type C carbide burr specification

• Single Cut, Plain Cut for use on steel, alloy steel, cast iron, copper and brass high stock removal and good surface finish, produces long chips.

• Double Cut for general use improves ease of control by breaking material in to smaller chips reducing load on the flutes, increased metal removal rates provides excellent surface finish.

• Aluminium Cut for use on non ferrous materials and plastics high helix with wide chip space, large flute for rapid material removal.
